Proform is known for making some of the well-budgeted and high performing treadmills. This is no exception. The treadmill provides features and setting to help you prepare for a race by competing against virtual racers while the Graffix display keeps a track of your elapsed time, speed, distance, calories, and more. Though the display is not as good as other Proform models, it does display all the necessary information.
Motor though powerful when compared to other standard models, is just not enough to take the load of excessive running especially when using the competition training center.
Any treadmill for running should at least support a 3.0HP, but a Proform with 2.5HP lifetime warranty, a 60 inch tread belt and weight capacity of 300 lb is a good combination. Though not the best!
Apart from the SpaceSaver design that helps ease the storage, 20 built-in Personal Trainer workouts designed by a certified personal trainer are a pretty good idea.
It also comes with 4 Create and Save workouts for future use. These programs automatically adjust the speed and incline throughout the duration of your workout and focus on your performance, aerobic or weight loss goals. And, for heavier-built runners the treadmill supports an adjustable cushioning system that delivers 19 to 33 percent less impact on the joints and muscle while running.
