But even if it has a more affordable price, it is still expensive considering that other treadmills within the same price range offer better features for your exercise and keep out the gadgetry.
Let us begin with the iFit built in programs, a highlight from this treadmill. It is just like having a personal trainer that will control the speed and incline according to your own workout plan. And these workout programs do speak using the sound system to keep you motivated and in shape.
If you are not much into having a drill sergeant by your side, then just turn off the iFit program and use the Quick incline and speed controls to set your own targets and how to achieve them, it is all controlled with the point of your fingers. And plug in your iPod with your favorite playlist to keep you company and entertained.
About performance, it has a 2.75 HP motor that is quiet and self cooling, not the most powerful you can find out there, but good enough. The treadmill was nicely built and it is considered by ProForm as a heavy duty treadmill, so it should be able to take a beating daily and still be in shape after many years.
It has a clear and easy to read display with a wide viewing angle, including a large 8×32 workout matrix that displays your workout graphically, so it is easy for you to keep track of your stats and know where you stand in your workout.
