The Nautilus T516 Treadmill is a serious treadmill; it has the versatility to fit the needs of users looking for a treadmill to walk, jog or run. The price you pay for this treadmill is well worth the whole package, but if you are a beginner it may be a bit too much, or if you don’t want to exercise seriously.
There are two great features that stand out from the Nautilus T516 Series Treadmill, the Softrak suspension deck and the 3.2 CHP motor, that combined offer a balanced and reliable machine. The running area isn’t the greatest for its price range, but it is good enough and beats some of the options from competitors.

Walking, jogging and running this treadmill covers it all
The Nautilus T516 Treadmill has a powerful 3.2 CHP motor that can meet anybody needs, it is good for walking, meet your pace for jogging, and is fast enough to keep up with you while running. The Softrack suspension deck is also great and will reduce impact on joints, providing comfort and allowing longer hours of workout.
One flaw to be pointed out is the running surface of 20’’ by 58’’, for the price tag that comes with this treadmill it would be more common to see more inches under this feature, but still it is good enough as long as you don’t compare it with other treadmills within the same price range.
But other features compensate and cover this all the way to make you forget those inches, like the incline range that goes up to 15% and the maximum speed of 15 MPH, if this isn’t good enough for you, then you are looking for trouble, not unless you are a pro athlete trying to enter the Olympics.
The LED amber display gives feedback on basic stats like: time, distance, incline, heart rate, pace, and calories burned. Plus the choice of preset programs: 26 preset workout programs, 4 custom programs, and 4 heart rate control programs. The wireless Polar chest strap is included with the treadmill.
Other features on the list include: machine-crowned 2.5-inch rollers, membrane switch keypad, a welded steel main frame, storage for two water bottles, a book or magazine ledge with a built-in key tray. It is also compatible with 3 Nautilus software: My Nautilus Diary, Heart Strong, and My Nautilus LX.
