Designed to be cross trainer, the Healthrider Pro H750i treadmill includes hand wieghts and have audible trainer direction programs which intergrate the use of the included hand wieghts. As far as novelty is concerned, the HealthRider Pro H750i earns points.

These “points”, however, do not make up for the fact that at $1000 this machine can not be counted on to last much more than a year of moderate use.

Durability is not a strong suit of the Icon line of machines, and in the HealthRider line, a 90 day warranty only helps to add to the uncertainty about the longevity of this machine.
A $1000 treadmill should be one that will last atleast 5 years and one that carries at the very minimum 1 year parts and labor warranties.
This machine does come off as very accessible to the beginner who is looking for a daily light workout, it definately can deliver this, but the machines major liability is the fact that in recent years HealthRider machines have not proven to be the most durable machines on the market.

An integrated personal trainer and the added feature of cross trainer workouts help to make this machine start apart from the crowd. It also has a very easy interface to use and can be used by all ages.

The Healthrider Pro H750i does, however, lack the depth and features to make this machine accessible to those truly interested in a serious workout.

Unique Functions

Being able to be walked through a cross training routine by your treadmill is quite unique. The workout is not that bad either, obviously a little weak for my needs, but not bad for what it is.

Aimed to at motivating individuals into a strenuous workout with a constant pace within there home, the personal trainer programs do just that, and create a workout with not only work the cordiovascular system but also inproves stregnth and tightens multiple areas of the body.

At higher speeds this machine to start a feel a little unwieldy. Although very solid, it is not always the most smooth machine and especially since its legnth is only 55″ it does not work well for running for average and taller individuals. It does however provide above average walking usage with a constant and smooth operation at lower speeds.

The problems of this machine ar mainly durability concerns, and limited function which is common among lower priced machines. Where this machine really does fail is in the value department, there are a ton of treadmills commonly available for $1000.

Manufacturers like Smooth and Sole have a couple that really make the warranty and durability of this machine seem foolish for its price. For its price the H750i is truly subpar.

Possibly Acceptable At A Lower Price

With the Healthrider Pro H750i Treadmill at $500 I usually wouldn’t complain much but an almost nonexistant warranty, it is quite possible that if this machine had a much lower price I would actually like it.

As it is, the features it provides at its price are good, the quality poor, and the warranty is abismal. I have a hard time recommending this treadmill because many other better treadmills are better value for money.
