Easy to use state of the art treadmill

This treadmill is easy to be used, the large running area gives you a feeling of overwhelming space compared to others and the infinite Workout programs will help you burn calories with fun. Before you start any running you need to key in the console your weight, inclination and a set time, now go for one of the Workout programs.

Quick start mode allows a quick run for 60 minutes, just don’t overdo yourself trying over 7 km speed, leave it to the marathon pros. My favorite is the Fat Burn mode, running at speeds between 6.5 to 7.5 km/h, controlling your heart rate at 120 beats per minute. If you don’t want nay preset programs, go for Manual mode, controlling the incline and speed by yourself. Plus a Random mode and a rainbow of preset tests and profiles that will keep you busy for months.

The treadmill is designed to be placed in public health facilities, therefore was thought to be as much user friendly as possible. Keypad is easy to be used, the screen clearly shows all the important info for your work out, measuring heart rate with sensors just below the screen that you should hold on to.

As for safety, the Life Fitness 9500HR will stop in case of injury or fatigue when you press the stop button near the heart rate sensors, or with a safety chord that can be clipped to your running equipment.

At the end of your work out, the treadmill will give you a summary with the number of calories burned, calories burned per hour, distance you run and total time of work out. For someone with a workout schedule this is as good as it gets and will help you to control your workout sessions. Overall, easy to use, efficient, helpful and fitting any person needs.

Giving me my 60″ by 20″ belt is definitely a good start towards making sure this machine is a hit. Unfortunately it is a commonly held consensus that a big belt means a machine needs a powerful motor to support the longer belt, obviously HealthRider and Icon don’t subscribe to this believe as they seem to always omit the a powerful motor even when they offer a large track. The Healthrider Club 120T does however contain a number of great features.

The big advantage of HealthRider machines is that almost all of them have ifit compatibility. The newer machines also have a number of inbuilt Ifit programs for immediate use on the machine without having to puchase any additional Ifit card. The Ifit programs add the ability to work harder and longer through the use of personal trainer created inspiration and encouragement. When working alone seems difficult there is the added advantage of a personal trainer, right in your treadmill. Add a fan to make the work out more bearable and that is the healthrider plan to winning consumers’ hearts.

Nice Design, Poor Execution

For me, and most professional reviewers, the 2 most important things a treadmill can do is deliver a good, solid workout for most individuals and to carry the warranty and durability to guarantee the machine will last. The H120T has great features bust does not have the warranty to tell the user this machine will be with them, today, tomorrow, and next year. It also lacks the motor to support its 60″ by 20″ belt athigh speed. As with most underpowered treadmills, the H120T is load and not nealry as smooth as I would like it to be at high speed.

The fact that the H120T does not function well at high speed means it is not a running treadmill, however, it does not mean that is a truly horrible treadmill. In fact it is quite enjoyable as a light jogger, like many HealthRiders’ are, and provides a a value at its $1000 direct price. The 60″ x 20″ belt means that taller users can feel comfortable walking and jogging on this machine and don’t need to adjust their natural stride to do so. It is however disappointing that people looking to truly run on this machine are left wanting with this machine.

Not Bad For The Money

HealthRider, like many other Icon Brands, has a tendency to overprice their machines. The MSRP you see is absolutely rediculous and puts their machines in the price range of much better machines. With the reduced price on the H120T, HealthRider is able to deliver a healthy dose of value. The H120T is an enjoyable, easy to use machine, which is a great option for those looking for a $1000 treadmill and are not looking for the highest speeds available on a treadmill.

The Reebok R 5.80 Treadmill has a good pack of features that makes it a good treadmill, the problem with this is one is the price tag that comes with it.
