The quick keys for speed and incline would prove to be a challenge to an intermediate runner as well. Like I have reiterated several times during this review, the BodyCraft 1140 Folding Treadmill is something I would recommend for beginners. Feature-wise, there are treadmills out there which can offer the same, if not better, things as compared to this equipment.
In line with this verdict, please make sure that price does not stand in the way. I have looked at the price range of this product on the market at this time and I see that there are other treadmills out there in the same price range which are better. If the price goes down to that of an entry level equipment, this becomes a must have.

I have the 1140 at home and i use it about 3 times a week for about 30 minutes each. I am pretty happy with the machine. I had to replace the control board after about a month but since then it’s been great and i’ve had it for about 1 1/2 years now.
